Returns & Exchanges

At PSD®, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be unopened and in its original sealed state to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in the original mailer.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
